Detailed Description

1.Source and Preparation: Using soybeans as the raw material, after fermentation by natto bacteria (natto Bacillus subtilis), natto is obtained. Through solvent extraction, separation and purification processes, a powder-like product with isoflavones as the main active component is obtained.

2.Appearance and Specifications: Usually, it is a fine powder of light yellow to brownish yellow, with no obvious odor. Common specifications are divided according to the isoflavone content, such as total isoflavones 10%, 20%, 40% (detected by HPLC high-performance liquid chromatography method).

3.Core Components: Mainly contains daidzein, genistein, daidzein glycoside, genistein glycoside and other isoflavone compounds.
