1.Plant origin and composition

Scientific name and alternative names: Centipeda minima (also known as goose not-eat grass), Chinese alternative names include stone coriander, chicken intestine grass, ground pepper, etc. Its English name "Small Centipeda Herb" is derived from the feature of its stem and branches resembling a centipede.

2.Active components:

Triterpenoids: such as Taraxasterol (a type of dandelion sterol), usterane-type triterpenoids, which have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.

Sesquiterpene lactones: including 6-O-angeloylplenolin (6-OAP), Arnicolide C/D (from Arnicus), which exert anti-tumor activity by inhibiting the Skp2/p27 signaling pathway.

Essential oil and flavonoids: contain terpenic compounds and quercetin, etc., with antioxidant and anti-allergic effects.

Functions

1.Respiratory system diseases:
